My Dad lived in VA & I live in NJ. When he passed away I had to sell his house. My Dad's neighbor had spoken to Sylvia about another house being sold in the neighborhood. He gave me Sylvia's number, I called her and made an appointment to meet her at my Dad's house. I drove down to VA and met with her two days later. Ten day days later the house was sold.
